Okay, Recruiting Kecleon isn't impossible, you just need to have a pokemon with 200ish stats if you go through western cave a lot. for people reading this, Get almost every NON-legendary pokemon ( except Kecleon ), get a Alakazam with Teleport, and then clear Wish Cave and ask a Wish for a Pokemon You don't have to join your Team ( that will be Kecleon ) Woops, yeah I meant Jirachi :) (I think the legendary pokemon are not required to guarantee Kecleon though) I think you mean Jirachi, but in order to guarantee Kecleon, you need one of every other pokemon (or have all friend areas full)

You can get Kecleon more easily with a Manaphy wish Man Kecleon is a pain in the butt to recruit, only 0,01% ( 1 /1000 kecleons defeated ) If you want to 200% this game you're going to need all 386 pokemon.
